  • No. Lumber is sold by the lift only. This is how we keep bulk lumber pricing competitive.

  • As a guide:

    • Cedar 1×6 ≈ 320 pcs per lift

    • Cedar 1×4 ≈ 520 pcs per lift

    • Fir 1×6 ≈ 240 pcs per lift
      Counts vary slightly by mill run and length mix. We’ll confirm exact counts in your quote.

  • Typically every 3-4 weeks, once a full trailer is ready. Exact timing depends on orders and routes, but you’ll always get updates once your load is scheduled.

  • Delivery fees are quoted case-by-case, depending on distance, load size, and schedule. Your fee will always be confirmed up front.

  • We typically arrange meet-ups in the city where we’re staying overnight. For some areas, direct delivery to your job site or home may also be arranged, depending on location and load size.

  • A forklift, loader, or skidsteer is best for full lifts. For smaller hand unloads, please plan to have helpers ready.

  • Payment is due on delivery. We accept e-transfer or cash.

  • Yes, but in limited supply. Clear/1-Face cedar comes in smaller runs. Check the Products page for current sizes and the Specials page for discounted bevel or older stock.

  • Yellow Cedar is limited and not always available. When in stock, it’s listed under Special Deals.
